TrainingWant to get your heart rate up and those feel-good endorphins flowing? Then here's another great circuit from Jessica Ennis-Hill's Jennis programmes...
Although we all have more time at home right now, finding the motivation and headspace to fit in quality exercise sessions can feel quite challenging.
To give you that extra boost, Olympian Jessica Ennis-Hill is filming a series of special lockdown circuits straight from her garage so that she can help us stay focused and make the most of our exercise time at home.
"To be honest," says Jess, "you guys are motivating me just as much as I'm motivating you, so thank you so much for tuning in and turning up. I really feel like we are in this together, which definitely helps."
Each of Jess's amazing Jennis workouts are just 20 - 29 minutes long and target all your muscle groups through sets of just 7 exercises.
For today's session, she's taking you through 4 sets and coaches you through every move and minute so that you're really encouraged to go for it.
Very little. A pair of dumbbells would be great, but if you don’t have those to hand, there are plenty of things you can use as weights instead – baked bean cans, those cannellini beans at the back of your kitchen cupboards or two filled water bottles will do. You’ll also need an exercise mat or towel to lie on.
